We are pleased to invite you to participate in our 8th annual Hawgs for Hounds Event . This exciting event will be Saturday, September 24th from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at Ray Trent Park in Del City. We simply ask that you donate an item for the raffle prizes to reserve booth space, and you will need to bring your own table, chairs, and canopy (if you have one). We strongly encourage you to bring a canopy, as space under trees for shade will be limited. You will need to be set up no later than 8:45 a.m.
Please remember, although your response form deadline is September 17th, space is limited so send it in as soon as possible. We will fill these booths on a first-come, first-serve basis.
