Hawgs for Hounds 2016

Vendor Booth Reservation Request

Dear Vendor/Business:

We are pleased to invite you to participate in our 8th annual Hawgs for Hounds Event.  This exciting event will be Saturday, September 24th 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at Ray Trent Park in Del City.  There are required donations for booth space (listed below), and you will need to bring your own table, chairs, and canopy (if you have one).  We strongly encourage you to bring a canopy, as space under trees for shade will be limited.  You will need to be set up no later than 8:45 a.m.

Required Donations for Booth Space:

Early Bird Special- Before July 25th=  $25.00

Before August 20th=  $35.00

Late Registration- On or After August 20th=  $50.00

Please remember, although your response form deadline is September 17th, space is limited so send it in as soon as possible.  We will fill these booths on a first-come, first-serve basis.  You may also register online by visiting www.reddirtboxerrescue.com/hawgs-for-hounds, don’t forget to share the Hawgs for Hounds 2015 flyer on your Facebook page and website to help spread the word!
